Speaker Information
All programs are held at American International College at Courniotes Hall at the corner of Homer Street and State Street, Springfield, MA. (Please see directions). The speaker is responsible for the entire time period from 3:00 until 5:40 pm. There is a 10-minute break at about 4:15. This provides you with 2.5 hours of contact time. To fulfill the Massachusetts requirement for 3 educational credits (based on 50 minute hours), this time frame must be covered. No partial hour credits can be awarded.

The program is held in the amphitheater lecture room that seats about 150. The room is equipped with a screen and Power Point projector. Please forward your audio-visual requirements to Jo Sarnelli one week prior to your presentation to ensure that someone from the college is available for assistance. Arrive by 2:45 on the day of the presentation, so that you can be instructed on how to use the microphone and equipment.

On the day of the program, please bring a biography that can be used to introduce the speaker(s). Alternatively, the speakers may wish to introduce themselves. You can anticipate between 60 and 75 CPA's to be in attendance. There is no pre-registration, so an exact count will not be available prior to the seminar.

To get to the campus of AIC, from Downtown Springfield take State Street. State Street will eventually fork, with the right fork being Wilbraham Road. Wilbraham Road will take you to Homer Street, a one-way left, which has Homer Street elementary school on the corner. Parking is available across the street from the building.

Please distribute this information to all your speakers.

If you have questions, Jo Sarnelli can be reached at (413) 746-9067 or info@cpeForum.org. She is typically at clients, but you can leave a message. Many thanks once again for agreeing to participate as a speaker.
